Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly offer a refund on products unused and still in packaging. Products have to be returned at the customers expense to us before we will offer the refund. We are more than happy to exchange your items again products have to be in original packaging and returned at the customers expense.

Warranty is available on all faulty products. If you do have problems with you product please contact us as soon as the problem arises via email (hello@kyneee.com) and we’ll help you out.

If by chance your board does break and its not our fault, we don’t want you missing out. So hit us up if you want another Kyneee board and we’ll try and hook you up with a discount on your next board. If you can provide us with some footage of how it happened that would be awesome. The gnarlier the footage the bigger the discount.
